Teams Expand at FOC

The Fractional Ownership Consultancy is delighted to announce the addition of two new members of staff.

Wayne Piercey has recently joined the Fractional Implementation team in Guernsey.  Wayne previously worked at a Guernsey Law firm where he has gained six years experience in Company Administration and Company Secretarial fields. Previously to this he worked at the office of HM Greffier as assistant to the Companies Registration Officer. Wayne enjoys kayaking, boating and clay pigeon shooting. Simon Scott-Nelson has recently joined the FOC Sales and Marketing team and brings with him a wealth of experience in the UK property market.  He previously worked in the Waterfront department at Knight Frank selling houses valued from 1,000,000 to 20,000,000 and prior to this being head of New Homes with Strutt and Parker in Exeter.
