A decade of proven fractional success
Over 10 years ago FOC CEO, Jerry Cobb was asked by a developer in Portugal to construct a legal mechanism which would facilitate the sale of fractional products on their resorts. After nearly 4 years of successful operation it was decided that the product, and most importantly the back office systems which make it all work, were robust and ready to be rolled out to other developers and territories.
FOC are now generating significant interest from developers in the USA (the birthplace of fractional ownership) which is a testament to the fact that they have created something quite unique – not necessarily in what it achieves, but in the way it achieves it and the flexibility and ease of implementation and use it affords owners and developers.
FOC’s fractional systems were amongst the very first to be implemented across Europe and they are still going strong today and we have several “live” developments in Portugal, Spain, Barbados, the UK, Cyprus, Italy and Greece and are working with lawyers on a range of further territories including the wider Caribbean, Egypt, Morocco, Turkey, Montenegro and Austria.
