FOC Finance
An exclusive FOC finance package for shared freehold/fractional buyers. The Fractional Ownership Consultancy and a UK bank are currently collaborating to provide regulated mortgages for fractional buyers. This means that when buying a second home, mortgages could be available using, as security, the buyers’ fractional certificate only.
Initially this facility was only available in Portugal and Spain, however more recently it has been decided that the quality of the property is more important than the jurisdiction. As a result we have been able to roll this out to other jurisdictions.
