OwnerBreak is a fractional product designed specifically for golf resorts, it combines all the attractive qualities of fractional ownership PLUS a format that meets the needs of avid but often time-constrained golfers.
The key elements of OwnerBreak are:
• OwnerBreak is a one-twelfth share product.
• Each twelfth share is split into 4×1 weeks or 2×2 weeks occupancy per year arranged on a rotational basis.
• Golf breaks are usually long weekends, so each OwnerBreak week includes a complete weekend.
• Twelfth shared ownerships provide in total 48 weeks occupancy with 4 spare weeks.
• Golf breaks are not normally taken in August, making this high season month available for rentals which generates a considerable contribution to the owners management costs.
